Have you considered selling your company?

People sell their companies for a variety of reasons ranging from retirement to financial difficulties, or simply to move on to new ventures. People may also choose to sell due to a change in personal circumstances such as relocation, illness, or bankruptcy.

Whatever the reason, you may be at a crossroads and need to determine if you will be selling your business or passing it on to a successor. It may be the case that you don't have anyone to run your business, and plan to close it down. If so, you aren't alone. A recent survey by Wilmington Trust shows that more than 58% of small business owners have no transition or succession plan - a task that can be daunting and overwhelming.

Regardless of your circumstances, I am interested in learning about your company and situation. I am actively seeking to acquire, scale, and grow companies. If your company doesn't fit my criteria, I may have someone in my vast network who would be interested in acquiring your company.
